Train the Trainer (TTT) programs teach participants everything they need to become workplace trainers. Upon completion of a TTT program, employees are both knowledgeable on the subject, and able to teach the course to other employees. A TTT course covers all the regular subject matter, and may also cover training-specific components such as:
Once a worker has completed a TTT course, they can deliver that course as many times as they wish to other employees. Some TTT programs (usually those with a certification requirement) require the purchase of materials. Compared to the cost of external training every time you need to certify, this cost is usually very marginal. |

How to Select an Effective Workplace Trainer
When it comes to choosing a workplace trainer, there’s a lot to consider. You’ll want to be sure that select a worker who is responsible, experienced, and up to the task. But what’s more important than knowledge, experience, willingness, responsibility, and charisma combined? Competence.
