Tom Charlton, CEO of MidSouthWest
Tom has more than 20 years of experience in planning and delivering health and safety training courses. Tom is an engaging public speaker who has specialized in providing adult education courses. He has delivered on-site training courses to groups between 1 and 200 people, worked with firms of all sizes, from local, small business to large national and multi-national firms, and in all sectors, including automotive, retail, professional services and heavy industry. In addition to providing on-site training, Tom has also provided consulting services to assist companies in developing health and safety policy and procedure manuals and standard operating procedures. Tom is experienced in conducting and preparing for health and safety audits, including Workwell, and has assisted in the implementation of programs through activities such as management and employee training to ensure that all the health and safety needs of the organization are met. Prior to founding MidSouthWest Training and Consulting, Tom founded and was the CEO of Occupational Safety Group.

Glen Hughes
Glen Hughes CHSC, CHSEP has over 20 years experience in occupational health and safety training, consulting, and internal management. He has particular expertise in the safe use of material handling, construction equipment, and COR processes. Glen also has extensive experience in working with Joint Health and Safety Committees, Management commitment to health and safety, and in safety project management from office to heavy manufacturing. Glen has focused on health and safety training course development and adult learning strategies.
Michael Langlois
Michael Langlois CES, CHSC, CRSP has worked as a Health and Safety Officer for largest employer in Niagara Region for 15 years. As part of his current role, he designed a fall protection program including risk assessments identifying 2736 locations where staff work at heights and maintains fall protection equipment requirements for 350 staff that work at heights. He has a completed the Occupational Health and Safety Certificate from Ryerson University, Osgoode Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Law, Capital Safety Fall Protection Train-the-Trainer course, and is a Certified Ergonomic Specialist designation (CES), Certified Health and Safety Consultant designation (CHSC), and Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation (CRSP). Michael is currently completing a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from University of New Brunswick. He is also the Chair of the Hamilton/Niagara BCRSP chapter.
Jason Martinez
Jason Martinez PEng, Masters of Engineering, has 20 years of experience in health and safety protocols, procedures, mechanical and structural engineering, along with electrical design implications for safety systems, plus training in risk and hazard assessments. IrATa and Sprat Level 1 training Certified.
Dawn McKinlay
Dawn has 20+ years experience in the health and safety field, providing workplace inspections, JHSC member, evaluate clients workplace and programs, and identify gaps within their system. Networking with safety agencies, attending seminars and keeping an active membership in industry organizations keeps her up to date with the ever changing Health and Safety World. Currently in the final stages of obtaining her NSCO designation.

Kerri Montgomery
Kerri has a 20+ year proven track record in sales and strategic alliances. Most recently, Kerri has been focused in the health and safety field, providing workplace inspections, reselling branded safety training materials, JHSC member tools, evaluate clients workplace and programs, and identify gaps within their organizations. She has ownership in a First Aid training company with which she networks with safety agencies, attending seminars and keeping her finger on the pulse of the ever changing health and safety landscape.

Karen is an experienced health and safety training sales consultant who has a wealth of experienced in financial services management, team leadership, and customer service. Karen brings more than five years experience working sales and marketing in the Occupational Health & Safety sector.
