What is a Post-Pandemic Recovery Plan?A post-pandemic recovery plan is a road map that shows how your organization plans to emerge from the pandemic unscathed or ideally, stronger than ever. What Should I Include in Post-Pandemic Recovery Plan?
There’s no denying that your business has endured a lot during the pandemic. Technological change, changes to work processes, increased safety protocols, and more. Some organizations, like Labatt Canada, even switched their entire product line to aid in the pandemic relief effort. Labatt normally makes beer but switched to hand sanitizer production when it was clear that there was going to be supply interruption that could affect national safety.

What does work look like in your company now? How will it look in the future?
Many organizations were surprised to find that employees responded extremely positively to work-from-home (WFH) arrangements. Your plan needs to address how can continue to capitalize on this. |

Plan B (and C and D and E)
Many organizations suffered at the mercy of the supply chain. The trickle effect was felt everywhere – remember the toilet paper? People were buying it and the supply chain couldn’t keep up.
